Finding of Violation definition

Finding of Violation or “FOV” shall mean the Finding of Violation issued by EPA Region 5 dated June 26, 2014 and attached hereto as Appendix B;
Finding of Violation means the Finding of Violation issued by EPA
Finding of Violation means the Finding of Violation issued by EPA Region 5 to Merit dated January 9, 2013.

Examples of Finding of Violation in a sentence

  • If the initial Finding of Violation was personally delivered by a non-U.S. Postal Service agent authorized by OFAC, a response must be postmarked or date-stamped on or before the 30th day after the date of delivery.

  • The failure to submit a response within 30 days shall be deemed to be a waiver of the right to respond, and the initial Finding of Violation will become final and will constitute final agency action.

  • A haTe crime is a criminal offense motivated by a victim's actual or perceived protected characteristics.

  • OFAC will give careful consideration to the appropriateness of issuing a cautionary let- ter or Finding of Violation in lieu of the im- position of a civil monetary penalty.

  • A Finding of Violation represents a final enforcement re- sponse to the violation, unless OFAC later learns of additional related violations or other relevant facts, and constitutes a final agency determination that a violation has occurred.

  • A response to an initial Finding of Violation must be made within 30 days as set forth in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (ii) of this section.

Finding of Violation or “FOV” shall mean the Finding of Violation issued by EPA Region 5 dated April 29, 2013 (EPA-5-13-IL-30) and the revised Finding of Violation dated June 11, 2013, collectively, copies of which are attached at Appendix B;
Finding of Violation or “FOV” shall mean the March 28, 2013 Finding of Violation described in Paragraph E, above.

Related to Finding of Violation

  • Environmental Violation means an activity, occurrence or condition that violates or results in non-compliance with or liability under any Environmental Laws or Environmental Permits.

  • Violation means the failure of a structure or other development to be fully compliant with the community's floodplain management regulations. A structure or other development without the elevation certificate, other certifications, or other evidence of compliance required in Articles 4 and 5 is presumed to be in violation until such time as that documentation is provided.

  • Market Violation means a tariff violation, violation of a Commission-approved order, rule or regulation, market manipulation, or inappropriate dispatch that creates substantial concerns regarding unnecessary market inefficiencies, as defined in 18 C.F.R. § 35.28(b)(8).

  • Breach means an impermissible use or disclosure of electronic or non-electronic sensitive personal information by an unauthorized person or for an unauthorized purpose that compromises the security or privacy of Confidential Information such that the use or disclosure poses a risk of reputational harm, theft of financial information, identity theft, or medical identity theft. Any acquisition, access, use, disclosure or loss of Confidential Information other than as permitted by this DUA shall be presumed to be a Breach

  • Governmental Order means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Authority.
