Fine Pitch definition

Fine Pitch refers to TCMT, TCCs, MCMs, MCM Components, or other package or material made under or using the Technology, if permitted hereunder, which (a) is not High Performance as defined above; and (b) incorporates, on an element other than a semiconductor chip, an array of electrical contacts or bumps on having a contact pitch less than 1.0 millimeter.
