Finished Product Inventory definition

Finished Product Inventory means all Finished Inventory of Product owned or controlled as of the Closing Date by the Elan Companies or any Affiliate thereof.
Finished Product Inventory means gold ounces in doré produced by the Mine that has not been sold;
Finished Product Inventory means (a) 950,000 pounds of unadulterated, packaged, ready to be shipped (in cartons or totes) whole bean or ground 100% premium or specialty grade arabica coffee of merchantable quality; (b) under the BROTHERS trademark or as specified by Buyer; (c) such product being no more than seven (7) months older than its manufacture date on the package for pre-pack products, and no more than ninety (90) days on bulk products, at the time of delivery to Buyer; and (d) of such combination as specified by Buyer.

Examples of Finished Product Inventory in a sentence

  • If the value of the Finished Product Inventory is less than the Finished Product IRA, then Supplier shall promptly notify Insulet of such difference and, within [***] business days of such notice, refund the difference to Insulet.

  • If the value of the Finished Product Inventory is greater than the amount in Finished Product IRA, then Supplier shall promptly notify Insulet of such difference and Insulet shall, within [***] days of receipt of such notice, pay the difference to Supplier, who shall credit the funds to the Finished Product IRA.

  • The Finished Product IRA shall be reviewed and reconciled on a quarterly basis, unless otherwise agreed by Insulet and Supplier in writing, based upon Supplier’s quarterly report of the Finished Product Inventory in the Finished Product IRA at that time.


More Definitions of Finished Product Inventory

Finished Product Inventory means: the value of Product that is either in transit between Supplier and Steris, is in the custodial possession of Steris, or is in the Kunshan Warehouse after Steris Sterilization Activities.
Finished Product Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
