Finishes definition

Finishes means the finishes listed in the table set out in paragraph 1.2.3 of Schedule Part 7 (Review Procedure)
Finishes means the following Hard Costs with respect to the Facility: flooring, bathroom fixtures and accessories, decorative metals, decorative light fixtures and mill work, countertops, artwork, mirrors, water and other special effects, paint, ceiling finishes and wall coverings, all of which items are included in the line items set forth on EXHIBIT D-3 attached hereto.
Finishes. The Landlord shall provide the following: i. Concrete floor slab which shall be flat and level within recognized industry standards and shall be left broom clean. ii. Exterior perimeter walls which are to receive interior finishes shall be insulated per code with drywalled screwed on, ready for final mud and sanding. iii. Interior partitions around vertical shafts shall be covered with gypsum wall board and fire taped. iv. Doors and hardware shall be installed at all vertical shafts used as exits.

  • On September 16, 2019, F5 Finishes entered into combination agreements for the combination of several companies (the “Combining Companies”) engaged in the business of selling, installing and maintaining flooring for commercial enterprises (the “Business”), in exchange for cash and shares of F5 Finishes common stock (the “Consideration”).

  • F5 Finishes shall have the right to review and approve each such Tax Return and at least ten (10) Business Days in which to comment on it before it is filed.

  • As promptly as practicable after the date of this Agreement, F5 Finishes shall give each Notice, make each filing and obtain each Permit or other Consent listed on Schedule 5.4, if any.

  • Upon request, F5 Finishes will provide a copy of the respective combination agreements of the other Combining Companies.

Related to Finishes

  • Glass means Internal Glass, External Glass and Specified Glass.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).
