Fire & Emergency Services definition

Fire & Emergency Services means the division of the Department of Community Services for the City being a fire department within the meaning of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 4, and is deemed to include any fire department personnel of the Fire & Emergency Services Division;
Fire & Emergency Services has the meaning given that term in Section 3.5(a).
Fire & Emergency Services means a Division of the Corporation and being a Fire Department within the meaning of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act 1997, S.O. 1997 c.4, as amended, and is deemed to include any member of the Fire & Emergency Services Division.
