Fire & Emergency Services definition

Fire & Emergency Services means the division of the Department of Community Services for the City being a fire department within the meaning of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 4, and is deemed to include any fire department personnel of the Fire & Emergency Services Division;
Fire & Emergency Services has the meaning given that term in Section 3.5(a).

Explosives or munitions emergency response specialists include Department of Defense (DOD) emergency explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), technical escort unit (TEU), and DOD-certified civilian or contractor personnel; and other Federal, State, or local government, or civilian personnel similarly trained in explosives or munitions emergency responses.
