Fireworks Event definition

Fireworks Event means the observance or celebration of a special event or festival where Fireworks are desired to be fired, set-off or exploded;
Fireworks Event means the observance of a special event or festival where a permit has been issued to allow the discharge of display fireworks or pyrotechnic special effects fireworks;
Fireworks Event means an event at which an exempt company discharges or lets off, or intends to discharge or let off, dangerous fireworks;

Examples of Fireworks Event in a sentence

  • The insurance policy or policies shall be maintained continuously form the commencement date of the Fireworks Event Permit until the expiry of the Fireworks Event Permit or such longer period as may be specified by the City.

  • Fireworks means display fireworks, pyrotechnic special effects fireworks and consumer fireworks;

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Emergency expulsion means the removal of a student from school because the student’s statements or behavior pose an immediate and continuing danger to other students or school personnel, or an immediate and continuing threat of material and substantial disruption of the educational process, subject to the requirements in WAC 392-400-510 through 392-400-530

  • Procurement Event means the request for proposals, the evaluation of proposals and bids for wholesale energy products, and the execution of the applicable supplier contracts with Ameren Illinois Company as a counterparty pursuant to the Procurement Plan for the period starting in June 2021, as proposed by the Illinois Power Agency and approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission in Docket No. 20-0717.

  • Loss Event means (A) an annual pre-tax loss at GS Inc. or (B) annual negative revenues in one or more reporting segments as disclosed in the Firm’s Form 10-K other than the Investing & Lending segment, or annual negative revenues in the Investing & Lending segment of $5 billion or more, provided in either case that you are employed in a business within such reporting segment.

  • Nuclear reactor means any apparatus designed or used to sustain nuclear fission in a self-supporting chain reaction or to contain a critical mass of fissionable material.
