First Amendment Services Agreements definition
First Amendment Services Agreements means, collectively, (a) that certain Transportation Services Agreement to be dated on or about the First Amendment Effective Date and effective as of May 1, 2015, between Southcross NGL Pipeline Ltd. and Frio LaSalle Pipeline, LP, (b) that certain Gas Gathering and Treating Agreement to be dated on or about the First Amendment Effective Date and effective as of May 1, 2015, between FL Rich Gas Services, LP and Frio LaSalle Pipeline, LP, and (c) that certain Master Compression Services Agreement to be dated on or about the First Amendment Effective Date and effective as of May 1, 2015, between FL Rich Gas Services, LP and Frio LaSalle Pipeline, L.P.
