First Amendment to Mortgage definition

First Amendment to Mortgage means the First Amendment to Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Collateral Assignment, Security Agreement and Financing Statement by and between Buyer and Seller effective as of November 23, 2010.
First Amendment to Mortgage means that certain First Amendment to Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement, Financing Statement and Fixture Filing dated as of September 28, 2004, executed and delivered by Borrower, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
First Amendment to Mortgage has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 4.1F(i).
