First Class Accommodation definition

First Class Accommodation means accommodation, which is, as a minimum, quiet and free from factors, which may reduce adequate rest and must provide a separate room for each Pilot with air- conditioning and/or heating as appropriate to the area and a private bathroom. Access to adequate food shall be available on site during the rest periods.
First Class Accommodation means accommodation which is of a standard agreed between the Company and a majority of pilots: a) is quiet and free from factors which may reduce adequate rest; b) provides a separate room for each pilot; and c) provides air conditioning and/or heating as appropriate to the area.
