First Construction Document definition

First Construction Document means the first building permit issued for a development project or, in the case of a site permit, the first building permit addendum issued or other document that authorizes construction of the development project. Construction document shall not include permits or addenda for demolition, grading, shoring, pile driving, or site preparation work.
First Construction Document means the first buildingpermit issuedfor a Pro;ect or, in the
First Construction Document shall have the meaning set forth in Building Code section 107A.13.1(a)(8).

  • The Planning Department shall enter the amount due into a database shared with DBI, who will then issue a report outlining preliminary estimates of all development impact and in-lieu fees owed for a development project and require payment of this fee before the issuance of a First Construction Document.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.
