First Exercise Date definition

First Exercise Date means (i) for Initial Vested Options, the Grant Date, and (ii) for Vested Options that are not Initial Vested Options, on the date such other Vested Options cease to be Unvested Options in accordance with Schedule I to this Award Agreement and that ends on the Termination Date of the Vested Option.
First Exercise Date means the date of original issuance of the Warrant.
First Exercise Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.6(b).

  • The terms and conditions applicable to an Offer, including the Final Acceptance Date, the First Exercise Date, the Last Exercise Date, any Grant Conditions, any Vesting Conditions and any Vesting Period, are as determined by the Board (in its absolute discretion).

  • The Certificate or Offer will specify the First Exercise Date in respect of an Option or Right.
