Exercise Date definition

Exercise Date means the last day of each Offering Period.
Exercise Date means the last Trading Day of each Purchase Period.
Exercise Date means, for any given exercise of this Warrant, the date on which the conditions to such exercise as set forth in Section 4 shall have been satisfied at or prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on a Business Day, including, without limitation, the receipt by the Company of the Exercise Form, the Warrant and the Aggregate Exercise Price.

  • Exercise of the purchase rights represented by this Warrant may be made, in whole or in part, at any time or times on or after the Initial Exercise Date and on or before the Termination Date by delivery to the Company of a duly executed PDF copy submitted by e-mail (or e-mail attachment) of the Notice of Exercise in the form annexed hereto (the “Notice of Exercise”).

Exercise Date means the date defined in §4(3).
