First in Time definition

First in Time means that portion of the Oregon School Capital Improvement Matching Account that is to be awarded to Districts based on the order in which the Department receives the applications.
First in Time. The Authority will process requests in the order they are received.

Examples of First in Time in a sentence

  • All decisions of the Department regarding the completeness of the application or ranking under either the Priority List or First in Time process are final.

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Delay time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 10 per cent of the final reading (t10) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point. For the gaseous components, this is the transport time of the measured component from the sampling probe to the detector.

  • Local Time means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in Dollars, New York City time and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Foreign Currency, London time.

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Date of Execution means the date on the cover page as of which the Parties have executed this Settlement Agreement.

  • New York City Banking Day means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in New York City;

  • Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00pm and at or before midnight.
