First Indenture definition

First Indenture means the Indenture dated as of 28 January 2011 for USD 350,000,000 issued by the Corporate Guarantor and Navios Maritime Finance II (US) Inc. for 8 1/8% Senior Notes due on 15 February 2019;
First Indenture means the Indenture dated as of April 1, 1941, of the Tucson Gas, Electric Light and Power Company, a predecessor to the Borrower, to The Chase National Bank of the City of New York, as trustee, a predecessor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
First Indenture has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(h).
