First Inspection means the first Residual Life Inspection as set forth in Section 19.4.1.1 of the Technical Provisions.

First Inspection means the initial inspection performed by the Court’s Representative when the TMSC’s work on the project is nearly complete. Ideally, this inspection will occur when the system is Substantially Complete (see the definition of Substantial Completion in Section 014216, 1.01, Q). There is no maximum number of possible inspections, however there will be a minimum of four (4). Inspections may continue until the system reaches Final Acceptance.

Examples of First Inspection in a sentence

  • Seller agrees that in the event Purchaser determines (such determination to be made in Purchaser’s sole discretion, and which may be made for any reason or no reason at all) that the Property is not suitable for Purchaser’s purposes, then Purchaser shall have the right to terminate this Agreement prior to the expiration of the First Inspection Period.

  • If Purchaser delivers to Seller written notice of its approval of the Property and election to move forward with the purchase of the Property as contemplated herein by the end of the First Inspection Period (the “First Approval Notice”), this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and the parties shall proceed to the Second Inspection Period.

  • The First Inspection Report shall be provided to each “Qualified Bidder” (as defined in the Bidding Procedures), for informational purposes only, upon execution by such Qualified Bidder of a non-reliance letter in favor of the Parties and the Inspection Team in form and substance satisfactory to each of the Parties and each member of the Inspection Team.

Related to First Inspection
