First Lien Collateral definition

First Lien Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any First Lien Obligations.
First Lien Collateral means any “Collateral” or “Pledged Collateral” or similar term as defined in any First Lien Loan Document or any other assets of the Company or any Guarantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted or required to be granted pursuant to a First Lien Loan Document as security for any First Lien Obligations and shall include any property or assets subject to replacement Liens or adequate protection Liens in favor of any First Lien Claimholder.
First Lien Collateral means all assets, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Borrower or any other Loan Party, in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted at any time to any First Lien Secured Party as security for any First Lien Obligation.

More Definitions of First Lien Collateral

First Lien Collateral means the “Collateral”, as such term is defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement, and any other assets or properties of any of the Grantors now or at any time hereafter subject to, or required to be subject to, Liens securing any First Lien Secured Obligations or deemed to be so subject pursuant to Section 2.06.
First Lien Collateral means, collectively, the Note Collateral and any Additional First Lien Collateral.
