First Lien Notes Trustee Fees means, collectively, to the extent not previously paid in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases, all outstanding reasonable and documented compensation, fees and expenses, whether prior to or after the Effective Date, of (a) the First Lien Notes Indenture Trustees, (b) Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP, (c) one local counsel, and (d) any other advisors to the First Lien Notes Indenture Trustee to the extent provided under the First Lien Notes Documents.
