First Option Grant Date definition

First Option Grant Date means March 4, 2002.
First Option Grant Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • The First Option vested and became exercisable in accordance with the following vesting schedule: (aa) 150,000 shares of Common Stock subject to the First Option vested and became exercisable on the first anniversary of the First Option Grant Date; (bb) an additional 150,000 shares of Common Stock subject to the First Option vested and became exercisable on the second anniversary of the First Option Grant Date, such that the First Option became fully vested and exercisable as of such date.
