First Priority Floating Rate 2015 Notes means the First Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2015 issued by the Company pursuant to the First Priority Floating Rate 2015 Notes Indenture and any notes issued in exchange for, and as contemplated by, the First Priority Floating Rate 2015 Notes and the related registration rights agreement with substantially identical terms as the First Priority Floating Rate 2015 Notes.
