First Recharge means the first recharge conducted by a user on the Axis Pay UPI App. It does not include any other type of transaction conducted on the App by the user.

  • The Subscription Contract will commence upon (a) presenting the Activation Voucher at the time of installation (b) providing a completed and duly signed Installation Work Order to the Engineer at the time of Installation, (c) meeting the Minimum First Recharge criteria; and (d) activation of the Service; and will remain valid, subject to applicable Terms and Conditions.
