First Refinancing Amendment Allocation Schedule definition
First Refinancing Amendment Allocation Schedule means the schedule on file with the Administrative Agent and approved by the Borrower setting forth the name of each Term B Lender and, next to such name, the amount of Term B Loans to be made to the Borrower in Dollars by such Term B Lender on the First Refinancing Amendment Effective Date.
