For the avoidance of doubt, the undertakings and warranties contained in this Agreement together with any of the provisions of this Agreement which shall not have been performed at First Stage Completion or the Nominee Option Completion shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding First Stage Completion or the Nominee Option Completion.
