Financial Discipline. Subject to MFF approval, it is proposed that if payment estimates are higher than the available budget for Pillar 1 annual direct payments will be reduced (above a threshold of the first EUR 2000 of each ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Direct Payments).
