  • Funds to purchase and plant vegetation materials will come from the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program, the ADEQ (Section 319(h) Clean Water Act), as well as funds from the Cooperator.

  • By entering into this Agreement, the Parties have not made any other commitments relating to the 1991 Agreement, Consultation and Study Process, or development and implementation of the Fish and Wildlife Program.
