Dutch law means the law directly applicable in the Netherlands.
Ireland means the Republic of Ireland.
Bermuda means the Islands of Bermuda;
Companies Act means the Companies Act, 71 of 2008;
UK Bribery Act means the United Kingdom Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000.
Registrar of Deeds means the Registrar of Deeds and Transfers under the Registration of Deeds Act 1856;
Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.
Consumer Guarantee means a consumer guarantee applicable to this contract under the Australian Consumer Law, including any Express Warranty.
Anti-Bribery Law means any Applicable Law that relates to bribery or corruption, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, in each case as amended, re-enacted or replaced from time to time;

Israeli Companies Law means the Israeli Companies Law, 5759-1999, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
land use scheme means the land use scheme adopted and approved in terms of Chapter 3 and for the purpose of these By-laws include an existing scheme until such time as the existing scheme is replaced by the adopted and approved land use scheme.
limited company means a company limited by shares or by guarantee or a company limited both by shares and by guarantee;
South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;
Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;
Disposal site means that portion of a land disposal facility that is used for disposal of waste. It consists of disposal units and a buffer zone.
Post-Consumer Waste means any product generated by a business or consumer which has served its intended end use, and which has been separated or diverted from solid waste for the purpose of recycling into a usable commodity or product, and which does not include post-industrial waste.
Philippines means the Republic of the Philippines and when used in a geographical sense means the national territory comprising the Republic of the Philippines;
Land use plan means a plan prepared under former 1921 PA 207, former 1943 PA 184, or a site plan under the Michigan zoning enabling act, 2006 PA 110, MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702.

approved blood scheme means a scheme established or approved by the Secretary of State, or trust established with funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the purpose of providing compensation in respect of a person having been infected from contaminated blood products;
Anti-Bribery Laws means the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and all other applicable anti-corruption and bribery Laws (including the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder or other Laws of other countries implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials).
