Fishing Enterprise definition

Fishing Enterprise means a fishing operation established in accordance with the Fifth Schedule to utilise the annual catch entitlement from any Settlement Quota.
Fishing Enterprise means a fishing operation established by the Rūnanga to utilise annual catch entitlement from its Settlement Quota.
Fishing Enterprise means a fishing operation established by Ngati Kuri Trust Board to utilise annual catch entitlement from its Settlement Quota.
