FIVE COUNTY REGION definition

FIVE COUNTY REGION means the geographic region comprised of Orange County, California; Los Angeles County, California; San Diego County, California; Riverside County, California; and San Bernardino County, California, on the Execution Date.
FIVE COUNTY REGION means the Pennsylvania Counties of Philadelphia , Bucks,
FIVE COUNTY REGION means the Pennsylvania Counties of Philadelphia , Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery.

  • Participating county means a county that has been authorized by the county governing body to enter into a contract with another local unit pursuant to section 4.

  • Executive Council means the Executive Council of the University;

  • County review agency means an agency designated by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders to review municipal stormwater management plans and implementing ordinance(s). The county review agency may either be:

  • Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.

  • Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.

  • County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)

  • County office means any officer, department, board, commission, agency, court, or other instrumentality of a county.

  • County clerk means the county clerk or the county official in charge of elections.

  • Districts – shall mean the Lake Ashton Community Development District (“LA CDD”) and Lake Ashton II Community Development District (“LAII CDD”), each a political subdivision of the State of Florida, created pursuant to Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Each individually may be referred to herein as a “District.”

  • Special service district means the same as that term is defined in Section 17D-1-102.

  • Residence district means the territory contiguous to a highway, not comprising a business district,

  • County Assessor means the Greenville County Assessor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.

  • Host county means the county within the human service zone in which the human service zone administrative office is located and in which the human service zone team members are employed.

  • Parish means the ecclesiastical parish in which the Academy is situated or one which it serves;

  • Cooperating country means the country in which the employing USAID Mission is located.

  • County Representative means the individual obligated to perform the duties of county representative under section 9.

  • City means the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

  • developing country means a country which is for the time being regarded as such in conformity with the practice of the General Assembly of the United Nations;

  • County Manager means the County Manager appointed by the County Council pursuant to the Luzerne County Charter;

  • City Clerk means the City Clerk of the City of Detroit.

  • County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.

  • Protective counter means a separate counter, which cannot be reset, that:

  • County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.

  • Home Country means, with respect to an Insured Person, the country or territory as shown on the Insured Person’s passport or the country or territory of which the Insured Person is a permanent resident.

  • County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.

  • Sending state means the state from which a child of a military family is sent, brought, or caused to be sent or brought.
