Fixed Asset Lease definition

Fixed Asset Lease means the Lease Agreement dated as of July 31, 2000, by and between Alon USA Refining, Inc., Alon USA Pipeline, Inc., Fin-Tex Pipe Line Company and American Petrofina Pipe Line Company (now known as Alon Petroleum Pipe Line Company), jointly and severally, as Landlord, and Alon USA, LP (f/k/a SWBU, L.P.), as Tenant.
