The Invoice Amount shall be comprised of Variable Charges and Fixed Daily Charges and shall be exclusive of any VAT or other taxes to be paid or reimbursed by the Customer in accordance with the Customer Contract.
The Supplier shall provide the Authority with a detailed breakdown of the elements of the Interim Price that it is proposing (which shall at least include costs equivalent to each of the costs comprised in the Fixed Daily Charges and Variable Charges).

The Supplier shall, within 10 Days of a request from the Authority, provide the Authority with a detailed breakdown of the elements of the Interim Price that it is proposing (which shall show each component of the Fixed Daily Charges and Variable Charges that comprise the Interim Price, together with such other details and calculations as the Authority may require).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer shall continue to be liable for Fixed Daily Charges in respect of the Supply Point until the date the Supply Point Withdrawal is effective in accordance with Paragraph 5.4.
The Fixed Daily Charges (£ per Day) shall be the following: the Administration Fee; where appropriate, GDuOS Charges; the LECable Electricity Premium (where applicable in accordance with the Customer Contract); and any other Approved charges required in order to ensure that the fixed costs associated with a Supply Point are accurately and appropriately allocated.
The Invoice Amount shall be comprised of Variable Charges, Fixed Daily Charges and Metering Charges and shall be exclusive of any VAT or other taxes to be paid or reimbursed by the Customer in accordance with the Customer Contract.
The Supplier’s proposed Interim Price shall be accompanied by a detailed breakdown of the elements of the proposed Interim Price (separately identifying the commodity cost, the Fixed Daily Charges and the Pass-through Charges).
The Customer shall continue to be liable for Fixed Daily Charges in respect of such a Supply Point until the later of: sixty (60) days after notice is given by the Customer under this Clause 4.4; and the date the Supply Point Withdrawal becomes effective in accordance with Clause 4.7, and accordingly, should the Supply Point Withdrawal not become effective in accordance with Clause 4.7, the Customer will remain liable for the relevant Charges.
