Fixed License definition

Fixed License means a license to use the Software at the Permitted Site(s) (as set out in the Quotation), without Patient volume License limitation.
Fixed License means a license for Clinic to use the Software at the Permitted Site(s) and/or Clinic Location(s) (as set out in the Quotation), without a limited Annual Product Usage, in accordance with this License Agreement.

  • License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Intellectual Property License means any license, permit, authorization, approval, contract or consent granted, issued by or with any Person relating to the use of Intellectual Property.

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Specific license means a license, under requirements prescribed by the department by rule, to possess, use, manufac- ture, produce, transfer or acquire radioactive material or devices or equipment utilizing radioactive material.
