Fixed Rate Interest definition

Fixed Rate Interest means the fixed rate of interest payable on your Account during the Fixed Term.
Fixed Rate Interest. Fixed Rate Interest shall be calculated at a rate equal at all times to the Bank's Cost of Funds (COF) plus 0.35% per annum calculated on a 360 day accrual basis. Rates may be fixed for periods of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days or 180 days. Cost of Funds is defined as the Bank's cost of borrowing in the domestic interbank market for the term requested plus any applicable reserves, taxes, or other expenses relating to the transaction.

  • During such Fixed Rate Interest Period, any increases in market interest rates may adversely affect the value of the Notes.

  • Interest Amount means the Fixed Rate Interest Amount and the Floating Rate Interest Amount.

  • The Calculation Agent will cause such Fixed Rate Interest Amount to be notified to the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will cause the publication thereof in accordance with Condition 11 as soon as possible after its determination but in no event later than the fourth TARGET Business Day thereafter.

  • The yields to investors in the Fixed Rate Interest Only Classes will be very sensitive to the rate of principal payments (including prepay- ments) of the related Mortgage Loans.

Related to Fixed Rate Interest

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Note Interest for any Class of Notes and Payment Date means interest for the related Interest Period at the applicable Note Rate on the related Note Principal Balance as of the first day of the Interest Period (after giving effect to the distributions made on the first day of the Interest Period).

  • Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d) of Section 2.01 of this Supplemental Indenture.

Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • Class E Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Base Interest Rate means Bank's initial cost of funding the Fixed Obligations. The Prepayment Fee is calculated as follows: First, Bank determines a "Current Market Rate" based on what the Bank would receive if it loaned the remaining amount on the prepayment date in a wholesale funding market matching maturity, remaining principal and interest amounts and principal and interest payment dates (the aggregate payments received are the "Current Market Rate Amount"). Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Floating Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Class C Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Fixed Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Fixed Rate Tier 1 BCN or during the Fixed Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Tier 1 BCN and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and
