Fixed Rate Loan Segment definition

Fixed Rate Loan Segment means each principal portion of the Loan, plus interest accrued thereon, with all the following attributes that distinguish such Fixed Rate Loan Segment from other Fixed Rate Loan Segments: a different Fixed Rate Maturity Date and or a different date to which a given Fixed Rate Option was assigned to the Fixed Rate Loan Segment, except as otherwise provided herein.

Examples of Fixed Rate Loan Segment in a sentence

  • Borrower shall provide Lender with Notice of the amount of any prepayment of a Fixed Rate Loan Segment no later than 10:00 a.m. Spokane time one Business Day prior to the Business Day the prepayment will be made.

  • Borrower shall provide Lender with Notice of the amount of any prepayment of a Fixed Rate Loan Segment no later than 10:00 a.m. Spokane time three Business Days prior to the Business Day the prepayment will be made.

  • If Borrower does not provide Lender irrevocable Notice of election of a Rate Option on a Fixed Rate Maturity Date for a Fixed Rate Loan Segment, the Adjusted Principal Balance of such Loan Segment will be priced at the Base Rate effective on such Pricing Date.

  • If Borrower does not provide Lender irrevocable Notice of election of a Rate Option on a Fixed Rate Maturity Date for a Fixed Rate Loan Segment, the principal amount of such Loan Segment will be priced at the Base Rate effective on such Pricing Date.

  • Subject to the preceding sentence, a Fixed Rate Loan Segment may be priced with a fixed rate equal to the 1-, 3-, 5-, 7- or 10-year Fixed Rate Options, as defined herein, plus the Applicable Margin.

  • If Borrower does not provide Lender irrevocable Notice of election of a Rate Option on a Fixed Rate Maturity Date for a Fixed Rate Loan Segment, the unpaid principal balance of such Loan Segment will be priced at the Base Rate effective on such Pricing Date.

  • This Prepayment Option is subject to an “Option Fee” represented as basis points to be added to the Applicable Margin for the applicable Fixed Rate Loan Segment.

  • If Borrower does not provide Lender irrevocable Notice of election of a Rate Option three Business Days prior to a Fixed Rate Maturity Date for a Fixed Rate Loan Segment, the unpaid principal balance of such Loan Segment shall be priced at the Base Rate effective on such Pricing Date.

  • Borrower shall provide Lender irrevocable Notice of pricing of a Fixed Rate Loan Segment by 10:00 a.m. Spokane time three days prior to the Pricing Date.

  • A Fixed Rate Loan Segment may be priced at a fixed rate equal to the 1-, 3-, or 6- Month LIBOR as made available by the LIBOR Index Source plus the Applicable Margin.

Related to Fixed Rate Loan Segment

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Fixed Rate Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(i).

  • Floating Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance or a Term Loan Advance denominated in Dollars or in an Agreed Currency which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) or a Local Currency Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) and the Local Currency Addendum.

  • Reference Rate Loan means any Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate determined with reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan made hereunder with respect to which the interest rate is calculated by reference to Term SOFR (other than a Loan for which clause (c) of the definition of Base Rate is used to determine Base Rate).

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Prime Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest based at the Prime Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on LIBOR.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Prime Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Prime Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at a rate based on the LIBOR Base Rate or LIBOR Rate, as applicable.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Base Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(i).

  • Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.

  • CDOR Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars the rate of interest applicable to which is based on the CDOR Rate.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.
