Fixed Rate Net WAC. With respect to any Distribution Date, means the weighted average Mortgage Loan Rate of the Mortgage Loans in the Fixed Rate Group as of the first day of the related Collection Period less (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Financial Guaranty Insurance Premium Rate, and (iii) for the first 36 Interest Periods, the product of (a) 5.00% and (b) the Class A-IO Notional Amount divided by the Fixed Rate Group Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period.
