Fixed Retained Yield Rate definition
Fixed Retained Yield Rate. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (i) 6.500%, (ii) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate.
Fixed Retained Yield Rate. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (i) 6.500%, (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate. Fixed Retained Yield Rate.
