Fixed Voice Service definition

Fixed Voice Service means the rental (and where applicable the installation and/or conversion) of analogue and/or digital telecommunication exchange lines and/or the supply of PSTN (Public Switch Telephone Network) telephony services, or using any internet protocol telephony services. In some cases the Fixed Voice Service will involve ‘carrier pre-selection’, whereby calls are not routed directly over the BT network, or least cost routing;

  • Where we supply you with the Fixed Voice Service using the Nine Network or Nine IP Telephony, you will be subject to Part C (Connectivity Service Specific Terms) in addition to this Part B (Fixed Voice Service Specific Terms).

  • The ECR Service aims to mitigate your exposure to fraudulent use of the Fixed Voice Service.

  • Where we supply you with the Fixed Voice Service using the Fluent Network or Fluent IP Telephony, you will be subject to Part C (Connectivity Service Specific Terms) in addition to this Part B (Fixed Voice Service Specific Terms).

  • Any disruption caused to your Fixed Voice Service will not constitute a breach of our obligations under this Contract.

  • You will ensure that all Customer Equipment is technically compatible with the Fixed Voice Service (including any Equipment) and used in compliance with all relevant instructions and safety and security procedures.

  • Where we supply you with the Fixed Voice Service using the Openreach Network or IP Telephony, you will be subject to Part C (Connectivity Service Specific Terms) in addition to this Part B (Fixed Voice Service Specific Terms).

  • Where we supply you with the Fixed Voice Service using the Nine Network or Bespoke Connected IP Telephony, you will be subject to Part C (Connectivity Service Specific Terms) in addition to this Part B (Fixed Voice Service Specific Terms).
