Fleet Service Contract definition

Fleet Service Contract means a fleet maintenance contract, fleet management contract, fuel card contract or any other service contract the fees for which are billed or would be billed by VMS, together with the Leases.

  • The Originator shall not sell, transfer, convey, assign (by operation of law or otherwise) or otherwise dispose of, or assign any Transferred Fleet Receivable, Receivables Property or Fleet Service Contract therefor (except as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents).
