Failure of the Customer to permit Inmarsat Maritime access to the vessel(s) on a reasonable basis for the installation of Equipment required for Fleet Xpress will be deemed to be material breach of the Contract by the Customer, entitling Inmarsat Maritime to terminate the Contract, and the Customer will be liable to pay all termination charges due under the Contract.
