Flex Plan means the Flexible Benefits Program of the Bank as in effect from time to time.

Flex Plan. The "Flex Plan" shall be incorporated into the Agreement. Health insurance contributions shall apply within the Flex Plan. At the written request of the teacher, the school district will deduct from payroll the premium for the catastrophic medical insurance (Excess Major Medical) plan. The full cost of the premium to be borne by the teacher.

Flex Plan. The City shall continue to offer a Flexible Spending Plan for the purpose of allowing employees the opportunity to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses, including any costs pursuant to the health insurance deductible, on a tax-free basis.
