The Flight Director agrees to ensure that the flight is operated according to company service standards and, in this capacity, agrees to distribute the work to the rest of the Cabin Personnel and also to ensure that the work is carried out in a professional and disciplined manner.
If the Flight Director in training does not complete the current month, the hours recorded are the ones actually worked, or 2 hours and 10 minutes per day on the payroll in this classification, whichever is greater.
A Flight Director who fails to return the form to the Company by the deadline will be considered to have renewed his classification.
