Floating Rate Asset definition

Floating Rate Asset. A Loan that is an Eligible Asset where the interest rate payable by the Obligor thereof is based on the CSE Prime Rate or CSE LIBOR Rate, plus some specified interest percentage in addition thereto, and the Loan provides that such interest rate will reset immediately upon any change in the related CSE Prime Rate or CSE LIBOR Rate.
Floating Rate Asset shall have the meaning specified in the definition of Eligibility Criteria.
Floating Rate Asset means any Purchased Asset or Eligible Asset that accrues interest at a floating rate of interest.

(iii) If the then-current Benchmark is Three-Month Term SOFR and any of the foregoing provisions concerning the calculation of the interest rate and the payment of interest during the Floating Interest Period are inconsistent with any of the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions determined by the Company, then the relevant Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions will apply.
