Floating Rate Obligations definition

Floating Rate Obligations means any Series in respect of which "Floating" is specified under "Interest Basis" in the Additional Conditions.
Floating Rate Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Floating Rate Note Purchase Agreement.
Floating Rate Obligations on any given day, will be the amount equal to the total amount of deposits in the Master Accounts less the sum of all Fixed Rate Obligation Amounts as of 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on such day. “Float Crediting Amount” for a calendar month will be equal to the sum of all Daily Float Credit Amounts for such month. "Daily Float Credit Amount" for any day will be equal to the amount accrued on the Floating Rate Obligations for such day based on the Federal Funds Rate for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for the immediately preceding Business Day).

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.
