Floating Rate Payment definition

Floating Rate Payment for each Phase, as defined in Section 3(b)(i) of the Lease.
Floating Rate Payment means a "Floating Amount" payable by the Swap Counterparty in accordance with the terms of the Swap Agreement;
Floating Rate Payment has the meaning specified in the Asset Swap Contract.
