Floating Tranche definition

Floating Tranche means, with respect to any CP Conduit Purchaser Group, the portion of the APA Bank Funded Amount with respect to such CP Conduit Purchaser Group not allocated to a Eurodollar Tranche.

More Definitions of Floating Tranche

Floating Tranche means, with respect to any Purchaser, the portion of the APA Bank Funded Amount with respect to such Purchaser not allocated to a Eurodollar Tranche.

Floating Tranche means that portion of the Invested Amount not allocated to a Eurodollar Tranche for which the Series 1996-1 Monthly Interest is calculated by reference to the ABR.
