Floating Rate Interest Period definition

Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
Floating Rate Interest Period means each period commencing on the date of the Closing and, thereafter, commencing on a Floating Rate Interest Payment Date and continuing up to, but not including, the next Floating Rate Interest Payment Date.
Floating Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the First Call Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Floating Rate Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Interest Payment Date.

Examples of Floating Rate Interest Period in a sentence

  • If upon the expiration of any Floating Rate Interest Period applicable to a Borrowing, the Borrower has failed to elect a new Floating Rate Interest Period to be applicable to such Loans as provided above, the Borrower shall be deemed to have elected a three month Floating Rate Interest Period to be applicable to such Loans effective as of the expiration date of such current Floating Rate Interest Period.

  • The Calculation Agent will be entitled to recalculate any Interest Amount (on the basis of the foregoing provisions) without notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the relevant Floating Rate Interest Period.

More Definitions of Floating Rate Interest Period

Floating Rate Interest Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.08.
Floating Rate Interest Period means any of a 2024 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Floating Rate Interest Period, a 2027 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Floating Rate Interest Period, a 2032 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Floating Rate Interest Period or a Floating Rate Notes Interest Period, as applicable.
Floating Rate Interest Period means each period beginning on (and including) the Reset Date or any Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date when Condition 4(b) (Interest – Floating Rate) applies;
Floating Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on and including November 21, 2006 to but excluding the first Floating Rate Interest Payment Date and each successive period from and including a Floating Rate Interest Payment Date to but excluding the next Floating Rate Interest Payment Date. Interest shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Period divided by 360.

Floating Rate Interest Period means the period from and including a Floating Rate Interest Reset Date to but excluding the next succeeding Floating Rate Interest Reset Date and, in the case of the last such period, from and including the Floating Rate Interest Reset Date immediately preceding the Floating Rate Maturity Date or Floating Rate Principal Payment Date, as the case may be, to but not including such Floating Rate Maturity Date or Floating Rate Principal Payment Date, as the case may be. If the Floating Rate Principal Payment Date or Floating Rate Maturity Date is not a LIBOR business day, then the principal amount of the Floating Rate Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon shall be paid on the next succeeding LIBOR business day and no interest shall accrue for the Floating Rate Maturity Date, Floating Rate Principal Payment Date or any day thereafter.
