Floor Value Per Share definition
Floor Value Per Share means such value per share that the ACF Shareholder(s) on a per share basis shall receive, being an amount of not less than sixteen percent (16%) per annum profit on the principal amounts advanced under the Current Note and pursuant to the Loan, including all payments of interest and investment banking fees on the Loan, but excluding all extension, renewal and/or reinstatement fees for the time period commencing on the Third Amendment Effective Date and ending when all principal and interest due on the Current Note and the Loan are paid in full.
