Flow Order definition

Flow Order means an order issued by the Transporter to Shippers in relation to a System Constraint or Exceptional Event instructing those Shippers in accordance with this section 10, or an order modifying an earlier such order;
Flow Order means an order issued by Premier Transmission to Shippers in relation to a D-1 Predicted Capacity Shortfall or Day D Capacity Shortfall instructing those Shippers in accordance with this section 6, or an order modifying such an earlier order;
Flow Order means an order issued by the Transporter to Shippers on, or in anticipation of, a Reduced Profile Day and/or Reduced Reserved Capacity Day instructing those Shippers in accordance with this Section 6, or an order modifying an earlier such order;

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Rate Schedule CTS, if the Company determines in its sole reasonable discretion that it is necessary to do so to alleviate operating conditions which may threaten the integrity of its system, the Company may issue an Operational Flow Order (“OFO”) to some or all customers subject to this Rate Schedule CTS.

  • Operational Flow Order means any directive issued to a Customer by KUB which requires the Customer to adjust Deliveries to KUB or deliveries of non-Firm gas to the Customer by KUB.

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;

  • Limit Order means an order to buy or sell a financial instrument at its specified price limit or better and for a specified size;

  • Product Order is the form used by the Parties to effect a Transaction in the form of Exhibit A, Exhibit B or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, specifying the terms of such Transaction, including the following: (1) the Product including a description of the Environmental Attributes in the Product, (2) the quantity to be purchased and sold; (3) the Purchase Price; (4) the Delivery Dates; and, (5) if necessary in accordance with the terms of the Transaction, (a) the Vintages; (b) the Renewable Energy Facility or Facilities from which the Product is to be generated; (c) the Certification Authority; and (d) the Verification Provider.

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Loans, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents on an interim basis, which order shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex C (or in form and substance acceptable to the Required DIP Lenders).

  • Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.

  • Support order means a judgment, decree, order, decision, or directive, whether temporary, final, or subject to modification, issued in a state or foreign country for the benefit of a child, a spouse, or a former spouse, that provides for monetary support, health care, arrearages, retroactive support, or reimbursement for financial assistance provided to an individual obligee in place of child support. Support order may include related costs and fees, interest, income withholding, automatic adjustment, reasonable attorney's fees, and other relief.

  • Bunched Orders means a single Order placed by an Account Manager for two or more of its Accounts on the SEF operated by BSEF pursuant to Rule 528.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.

  • Sales Order means any order form or other writing agreed between Customer and Reseller Partner identifying the Services to be made available by Expel pursuant to this Agreement, the subscription term, and any limitations or restrictions in connection with Customer’s access to and use of such Services.

  • FCC Order means Federal Communications Commission Order 94-102 (61 Federal Register 40348)

  • Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.

  • Final DIP Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the relief granted and contemplated in the Interim DIP Order on a final basis, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Holders (as defined below) in their sole discretion.
