Flow-Through Funds definition

Flow-Through Funds means the aggregate subscription proceeds received by the Issuer from the Subscriber for the subscription of the Shares by the Subscriber, being $0.025 per Share;
Flow-Through Funds means the aggregate funds allocated and received by the Issuer from a Purchaser for the purchase of FT Shares;
Flow-Through Funds means the aggregate purchase price received by the Corporation from a Purchaser of Flow-Through Shares pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of Flow-Through Funds in a sentence

  • The Corporation will be entitled to hold confidential all exploration information relating to any program on which any portion of the Flow-Through Funds is expended pursuant to this Agreement and it will not be obligated to make such information available to the Purchaser except in the manner and at such time as it makes any such information available to its shareholders or to the public pursuant to the rules and policies of any stock exchange or laws, regulations or policies of any province.

  • The Issuer will be able to renounce to the Subscriber (or any beneficial purchaser),with the effective date or effective dates not later than the expiry of the Expenditure Period, Qualifying Expenses in an amount equal to the Flow-Through Funds.

  • Any Flow-Through Funds paid to the Issuer pursuant to the terms of such agreements will also be deposited in the Exploration Account.

  • Following receipt by the Issuer of the Flow-Through Funds from the Purchaser and on acceptance of the Subscription Agreement by the Issuer, the Issuer will, in accordance with the Subscription Agreement, issue to the Purchaser the number of FT Shares subscribed and paid for by the Purchaser.

  • The Company has not completed any “significant acquisition” (as such term is used in NI 44-101) that would require the inclusion of any additional financial statements or pro forma financial statements in the Canadian Prospectus pursuant to Canadian Securities Laws, and, other than as disclosed in the Prospectuses in connection with the Company’s proposed acquisition (the “SFF Transaction”) of Solar Flow-Through Funds Ltd.
