Fly-Cruise definition

Fly-Cruise means a Holiday (as defined below) which comprises of a cruise and a flight booked on your behalf as a package offered by FOCL.

  • Fly-Cruise package is non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable.

  • This is higher than originally envisaged, due to a longer than expected implementation programme.

  • The circumstances of the sale of cruises and flights are such that a consumer may obtain both from a brick-and-mortar Singapore travel agency, or from a website, and possibly even within one travel package (such as the Fly-Cruise programme described above).

  • For Fly-Cruise, passengers are greeted at the aerobridge as they disembark and their luggage is seamlessly transferred from the airport to their cruise cabin, giving them the convenience of relaxing and enjoying the sights of Singapore without the hassle of their luggage.
