FM Contractor definition

FM Contractor as defined in clause 1.1 of the Project Agreement;
FM Contractor means the party providing the facilities management services to the LEP in connection with an FM Contract; FM PFI Contractor means the party providing the facilities management services to the PFI Contractor; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation (as defined in Section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000) made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government Department in relation to such Act;
FM Contractor means FES FM Limited (Company number SC220049) whose registered office is at Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX or such other facilities management contractor as the Contractor may, subject to Clause 67.3 (Assignation and Sub-Contracting - Exception), appoint to provide the Services;

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • New Contractor means any successor to the Contractor in the provision of services similar to the Services (or part thereof) to the Purchaser;

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Main Contractor means the contractor with a direct contractual relationship with the employer of the construction contract.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.
