FM Contractor definition

FM Contractor as defined in clause 1.1 of the Project Agreement;

Examples of FM Contractor in a sentence

  • For PFI schools, this is the responsibility of the FM Contractor.

  • Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 7.1, the Authority shall not be entitled to take any action or proceedings against the FM Contractor pursuant to this Deed unless and until the Project Agreement has been terminated.

  • The Contractor and the Authority agree that during the Services Period the Contractor shall procure the attendance of the FM Contractor during such parts of meetings of the Project Liaison Group as the Parties shall agree.

  • The FM Contractor agrees on reasonable request at any time and following reasonable written prior notice to give the Authority or those authorised by it access to the Project Data and to provide copies (including copy negatives and CAD disks) thereof at the Authority's expense.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that the FM Contractor is able to present the monthly or other such reports as set out within the PFI Project Agreement as required by the Project Liaison Group to assist in any decisions which are required to be made by the Project Liaison Group.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;
