FN Health Programs definition

FN Health Programs means the health programs and services or benefits and related activities that the FNHA plans, designs, manages and delivers or funds the delivery of pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of FN Health Programs in a sentence

  • The FNHA will in such cases use the related funding from the Annual Federal Amount as originally intended to enhance the programs or services in question or it may invest this amount in other FN Health Programs.

  • This Agreement is intended to provide BC First Nations, through the FNHA, with a framework for undertaking the planning, design, management and delivery, and funding the delivery, of FN Health Programs in accordance with its terms and subject to the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

  • The FNHA may provide FN Health Programs to Self-Governing First Nations and may conclude arrangements including funding agreements to deliver such programs and services to any Self-Governing First Nation in whole or in part.

  • The Annual Federal Amount will not be reduced if the FNHA obtains from other sources, including British Columbia or other federal government departments, additional funding for any of the FN Health Programs.

Related to FN Health Programs

  • UConn Health or “UCH” shall mean University of Connecticut Health and its affiliates.

  • Group health plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in section 3(1) of subtitle A of title I of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 USC 1002, to the extent that the plan provides medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care to employees or their dependents as defined under the terms of the plan directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.

  • Community mental health program means all mental health

  • Licensed health care practitioner means a physician, as defined in Section 1861(r)(1) of the Social Security Act, a registered professional nurse, licensed social worker or other individual who meets requirements prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
